AI Product Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence solutions across a diverse technology landscape. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in AI, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and product strategy, with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled products and services.

This position involves collaboration with business stakeholders, data teams, engineering teams, product owners, and executive leadership to define AI roadmaps, establish architecture standards, and oversee the successful implementation of AI-powered capabilities. Strong experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, AWS cloud services, ServiceNow, enterprise integrations, and modern product delivery methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy & Architecture:
  • Define the vision, architecture, and roadmap for AI-enabled products and platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable AI solution architectures.
  • Design enterprise AI ecosystems encompassing data, models, applications, governance, and operational processes.
  • Lead architecture design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for adoption and implementation.
• AWS Cloud Architecture:
  • Architect AI solutions leveraging AWS cloud-native services.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient AI platforms using AWS services.
  • Define cloud reference architectures and best practices.
  • Guide teams on performance optimisation, security controls, and cost management.
  • Ensure AI platforms comply with organisational security and governance standards.
• ServiceNow AI Integration:
  • Define AI integration strategies within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Lead the implementation of AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Generative AI, Now Assist, Workflow Automation, and Knowledge Intelligence.
  • Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow, enterprise systems, and AI platforms.
  • Support AI-driven process transformation across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
• Product & Delivery Leadership:
  • Work closely with Product Managers and business leaders to prioritise AI opportunities.
  • Establish product architecture governance and design authority processes.
  • Support Agile and product-centric delivery methodologies.
  • Drive alignment between architecture, engineering, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Define measurable outcomes and success metrics for AI initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an AI Architect, Enterprise Architect, Product Architect, Solution Architect, or AI Technology Lead.
• Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and AI product development.
• Experience establishing AI architecture standards and governance models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern integration patterns.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
