This role provides contracting support across the entire product lifecycle, from development through commercial supply. The position ensures that all agreements comply with regulatory, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements while effectively tracking contract milestones, renewal deadlines, and amendment needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical operations, supply chain, sourcing, procurement, quality assurance, and intellectual property.
• Support contracting needs across the product lifecycle, from development to commercial supply.
• Ensure agreements comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and GMP requirements.
• Track contract milestones, renewal deadlines, and amendment requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and GMP requirements.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to track deadlines and milestones effectively.
• Background in pharmaceuticals or rare disease industry preferred.
