Join our team in Geneva or Zurich to advise international clients on cutting-edge business areas. As part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, you will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. Leveraging in-depth knowledge and experience from complex IT challenges globally, you will gain valuable insights into IT Strategy, Operating Model design, IT Architecture, IT Business Management, IT Agility Advisory, and IT M&A.

How you can make an impact

• Work in a client-facing role on projects in key industries, such as consulting a world-leading bank on establishing the largest European wealth management or developing the commercial strategy for a Swiss chemical company across global markets.
• Collaborate with customers and experienced colleagues to address challenging problems and develop solutions.
• Conduct analysis, participate in workshops and status meetings, and prepare documents and presentations.
• Support Chief Information Officers and their teams in designing and implementing projects to solve the biggest challenges of their IT organization.

Who we are looking for

• A reliable character who enjoys working methodically, has great attention to detail, and a thirst for knowledge.
• Relevant internships or work experience within IT Consulting or an IT department of a global company, demonstrating practical knowledge and readiness for the role.
• A Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, and/or Engineering, with strong exposure to IT topics.
• A passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends, including Agile Methodology, Robotics, and Cloud.
• Willingness to travel regularly and fluency in English and German or French; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
