Lead a Clinical Research Site

Join a client at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation to bring life-changing treatments to the world. This role involves effectively managing day-to-day site activities to optimize performance and drive the achievement of company goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure contractual obligations are met and work is completed in a manner that leads to client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leaders to problem-solve issues that may interfere with achieving company goals.
  • Represent the site in a professional, ethical, and positive manner.

Operational Planning

  • Review and discuss awarded studies with the Principal Investigator to assist leaders in making informed decisions about study conduct.
  • Work with leaders to make informed decisions regarding new staff needs for successful study conduct.
  • Ensure the site has proper space, staff, and time to optimize study conduct, particularly participant recruitment and retention.

Clinic Operations Management

  • Work closely with leaders regarding staff management.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of research, expectations, and industry standards to lead staff in continued growth and excellent performance.
  • Hire quality candidates for positions within the site.
  • Ensure site staff is qualified and trained for roles and duties.

Quality Control

  • Manage the site quality control process.
  • Monitor adherence to SOPs and take immediate corrective actions as necessary to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor site staff to ensure the highest quality performance and adherence to Good Clinical Practice and FDA Regulations and guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven years of working experience in the Clinical Research Industry.
  • Supervisory or management experience, or demonstrated definitive leadership skills.
  • Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferred.
  • College or Specialized Degree preferred.
