The Opportunity

We are seeking a strong, customer-focused, and communicative personality to join us as a Sales Consultant for the Ticino area. As a proven specialist with a strong sales mindset, you will serve as the key point of contact for orthopaedic surgeons, OR managers, and operating room staff in hospitals and clinics. In this central role, you will coordinate, organize, and ensure the correct application of our high-quality, innovative products. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, drive their execution, and manage corresponding sales projects within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients before, during, and after procedures in the orthopaedics clinic (joint reconstruction & sports medicine)
• Logistical coordination of interventions
• Delivering product demonstrations, customer training, workshops, and in-service education for healthcare professionals
• Building long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers
• Optimizing inventory management and increasing logistical efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements

• Several years of experience in the medical and surgical environment
• Solid and comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics
• High flexibility and willingness to travel in your region
• Fluent in Italian (mandatory), proficiency in English needed
• Sound MS Office skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) not a must but an advantage
• German knowledge

Company Transition Notice

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
