Position Overview
An international organization located in Geneva is seeking an experienced professional to enhance and manage its global compensation and benefits programs. This is a temporary opportunity with a duration of six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve compensation and benefits policies.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market studies.
- Support annual salary review processes.
- Advise on job grading and compensation structures.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs in collaboration with external providers.
- Support international mobility and reward-related topics.
- Prepare analyses and reports to assist HR and management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience within an international organization, multinational company, or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Good understanding of salary structures, benchmarking, and reward practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
