Role Overview

Starting January 6th, 2026, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team at Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland. This role is committed to the delivery of high-quality programs and requires the ability to teach multi-cultural profiles effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach kitchen theory and practical classes to students in accordance with established standards
• Advise students on menu preparation and culinary techniques
• Ensure and provide quality food production for students and staff
• Elaborate and update course material
• Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment within the designated section
• Demonstrate sanitation, cleanliness, and security of the kitchen and storerooms to students

Requirements

• Degree from a recognized culinary school as a Cook (Professional Certificate or equivalent)
• At least five years of industry experience, ideally in renowned restaurants
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in culinary arts
• Culinary teaching experience within a hospitality school is a strong asset
• Creative team-player capable of working in a very international environment
• Sense of initiative, creativity, maturity, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory); French is a strong asset
• Ideally based in the canton of Valais, between Le Bouveret and Brig
