Contract Opportunity for SAP FICO Consultant

We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to collaborate on a project aimed at enhancing SAP deployment within Europe, specifically Romania. This position is designed for a full-time engagement over an initial period of four months, with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and deploy the global SAP template in alignment with Romanian accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze localization gaps and define solutions for VAT, SAF-T, and e-Factura, as well as financial reporting.
• Collaborate with local finance and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Support configuration and testing activities, manage defects, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support to facilitate a seamless SAP deployment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO.
• Proficiency with S/4HANA.
• Strong background in Romanian localization.
• Experience in VAT and SAF-T compliance.
• Knowledge of e-factura/e-invoicing and associated statutory requirements.
• Background in stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience providing go-live and hypercare support.
