Lead Strategic Growth and Complex Project Delivery

Join a leading German design-and-build contractor specialising in complex construction projects across the UK and Europe. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a key part in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. You will manage projects from initial client engagement through to contract award, leveraging your German language skills to drive success in a high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead incoming tender and bid submissions from enquiry through to contract award
• Prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates, and project presentations
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Support contract negotiations and help secure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the bid and pre-contract stages

Location and Benefits
