Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas
• Providing laundry service for linen, towels, and guest items
• Ironing
• Conducting stock taking, inventory checks, and ordering
• Inspecting rooms

Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in a hotel environment
• Fluent English and basic Italian, with additional languages considered a plus
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work quickly under pressure, and manage stress effectively
• Professional and self-motivated with great attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and seasonal working hours
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to share with the team
