Interim Business Development Consultant - Pharmaceutical Contracts

Are you the kind of commercial contracts expert who can quickly cut through complexity and get critical pharmaceutical agreements over the line? An established international pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced consultant to review and progress a backlog of commercial partner agreements. This role requires someone who can quickly assess outstanding contracts, identify barriers, and work with internal teams and external partners to move agreements through to completion.

The Assignment

• Take ownership of outstanding partner market contracting activities.
• Review and progress amendments, renewals, extensions, and new agreements.
• Resolve outstanding commercial points in collaboration with business development and legal teams.
• Support related licensing and alliance management activities.
• Prioritise agreements that are holding up wider business activity.

Your Background

• Substantial pharmaceutical licensing, partner market contracting, or alliance management experience.
• A track record of personally negotiating and progressing commercial agreements.
• Confidence operating independently and managing competing priorities.
• Experience with Middle Eastern markets, including Turkey, would be advantageous.
