Lead Critical IT Infrastructure for Industrial Environments

Join a recognized industrial company to lead a technical team responsible for critical infrastructures connected to industrial production environments. Reporting to the IT department, you will ensure the availability, performance, security, and evolution of platforms used by business teams and production workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of system and platform administrators
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructures
• Oversee environments linked to industrial production systems and MES
• Coordinate technical evolutions, deployments, and releases
• Manage complex incidents and contribute to advanced support
• Support continuous improvement of tools, practices, and operating processes

Required Profile

• Degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent
• Proven experience with critical systems infrastructure
• Previous experience managing a technical team
• Good understanding of MES, industrial, or highly available environments
• Knowledge of high availability, databases, load balancing, containerization, or monitoring
• DevOps and Infrastructure as Code culture would be an asset
• Hands-on leadership, autonomy, service mindset, and strong team spirit
