Your Mission

As we experience rapid growth, we are on the lookout for an individual eager to play a crucial role in advancing unmanned aviation. This role encompasses ownership of IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives.

You will be instrumental in driving IT projects, enhancing systems and processes, and ensuring that technology across ANAVIA is reliable, secure, and efficient while contributing to our digital environment's growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT operations alongside internal IT support, ensuring effective prioritization and escalation handling.
  • Act as the primary interface and coordinator with external IT service providers.
  • Lead the implementation of various IT initiatives, including VPNs, password managers, cybersecurity tools, and monitoring solutions.
  • Manage IT infrastructure topics, such as networks and access rights, in collaboration with external providers.
  • Define and enhance IT processes, including onboarding and support workflows.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity measures, including assessments and awareness initiatives.
  • Manage software landscape and licenses, including engineering tools and enterprise systems.
  • Support the introduction and rollout of new software solutions across different departments.
  • Ensure documentation and governance across IT systems for transparency.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements through digital tools and automation.
  • Lead and develop the internal IT Support function, focusing on prioritization and knowledge transfer.
  • Optimize collaboration with external IT service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Your Profile

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or project management.
  • Proven experience with external IT service providers and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with enterprise software and license management.
  • Background in a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or technology environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with engineering or simulation software environments is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German (B2 or higher) is highly desirable for collaboration with local stakeholders.
