Your Responsibilities

In a team of five people, directly reporting to the Management, you will autonomously handle complex professional civil liability claims, particularly for lawyers, notaries, fiduciaries, and IT service providers.

• Your area of responsibility will also include handling claims related to the liability of bodies, cybercrime, and breaches of trust.
• Your activities will notably include clarifying facts, legally assessing liability and insurance coverage, conducting negotiations with the injured parties and their legal representatives, and, if necessary, supporting judicial proceedings.
• Furthermore, you will support underwriting in risk assessment, collaborate on projects, and give presentations during seminars.

What You Bring

• You are proactive, have a team spirit, know how to assert yourself and negotiate, and enjoy the challenge of studying files.
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills and your ability to quickly grasp complex problems, you are capable of resolving them rapidly.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French. Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
• You are a lawyer holding a Swiss bar license and have a few years of professional experience (preferably in the bar, judicial field, or insurance).
• An affinity with IT as well as knowledge of civil liability law, company law, and accounting is a plus that will perfectly complement your profile.
