Join an internationally leading lifestyle management company to serve a sophisticated premium clientele. In this role, you will design tailor-made journeys that meet the highest standards, combining your expertise in travel with a keen sense for luxury, trends, and service quality. You will become a trusted point of contact for clients seeking exceptional experiences worldwide, serving High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals with their leisure travel requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise premium cardholders by phone and email in both French and English
• Handle customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
• Create tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
• Passionately advise and facilitate unique travel experiences
• Actively sell special promotions and exclusive offers

Professional Profile

• Excellent language skills in professional French and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
• Ability to speak an additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage
• Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or in a travel agency
• GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus)
• Excellent destination knowledge across key global regions
• Strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
• Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and identification with the company’s values
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service
• Available on a full-time basis (40 hours per week)

Working Arrangements and Flexibility

Located in the United Kingdom, Spain, or South Africa, you will be willing to work five days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 (Sunday to Thursday) for UK and Spain, or between 07:00 and 22:00 (Sunday to Thursday) for South Africa.

• If living within a commutable distance of the office, you will enter into a hybrid working arrangement, attending the office at least twice a week
• Provide a secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
• Meet minimum internet speed requirements for remote or hybrid work
• Work 100% from the office during the first week of employment to support onboarding, cultural immersion, and initial setup
• Complete a Work-From-Home (WFH) assessment assigned on Day 1 within the first week
• Transition to a hybrid working arrangement from Week 2 onwards, subject to successful completion of the assessment
