Our Consulting practice supports leading organizations across Switzerland and internationally in unlocking value from Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. We assist clients in defining Data & AI strategies, establishing governance and operating models, developing data products, and delivering transformation programs that create measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Help organizations define and execute Data & AI transformation strategies, from vision and roadmap development through to implementation and value realization.
• Lead large-scale data, analytics, and AI programs, coordinating business, technology, and executive stakeholders across complex environments.
• Advise clients on topics such as data strategy, data governance, data products, AI operating models, GenAI governance, and organizational transformation.
• Facilitate executive workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and help clients make investment and prioritization decisions.
• Work across a variety of industries, including Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Energy, Financial Services, and the Public Sector.
• Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants, helping them grow their delivery, leadership, and client management capabilities.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposal development, and the creation of innovative market offerings.
• Support the continued growth of the AI & Data practice and help shape its future direction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
• Have 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, data management, analytics, or AI-related initiatives.
• Have experience leading cross-functional transformation programs involving business, technology, data, and executive stakeholders.
• Bring expertise in most of the following areas:
  • Data & AI Strategy
  • Data Governance and Operating Models
  • Data Products and Data Monetization
  • Portfolio and Program Management
  • GenAI and Responsible AI Governance
  • Value Realization and Benefits Tracking
  • Change Management and Business Adoption
• Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with senior client leadership.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy identifying client opportunities and building trusted relationships.
• Have multi-year experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Products, or other highly regulated industries.
• Be business fluent in English.
