Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute new test benches to guarantee the quality and performance of our production
• Assist in troubleshooting defects and malfunctions, proposing sustainable corrective actions
• Ensure processes align with specifications, regulations, and internal protocols
• Leverage expertise in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is advantageous
• Enhance assembly and measurement processes to meet customer expectations while optimizing costs
• Draft working instructions for production teams
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Technology team to align the test strategy with the R&D roadmap
• Conduct training sessions for production staff

Your Qualifications

• Master's degree in control or mechatronics engineering
• A minimum of four years of experience in motion control and automation, with a solid understanding of machine control processes
• Strong grasp of physical phenomena, including mechanical and electronic coupling, vibration dynamics, and thermo-mechanics
• Proficiency in MATLAB/SIMULINK
• Good knowledge of dynamic and static metrological control
• Ability to understand the interplay between various technical disciplines in process development
• Skilled in proposing multiple technical solutions and assessing their pros and cons
• Fluency in French and competency in English for report writing and presentations
