Position Overview
Join a prominent international organization in Nottingham as a specialist dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role allows for a hybrid working arrangement, combining two days in the office and three days working from home, while offering a competitive salary of £26,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from initial processing to final delivery.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries, claims, and returns effectively.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts.
- Offer insights about products, availability, and promotions.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, pricing, shortages, and orders.
- Collaborate with Credit, Planning, Logistics, and other internal teams.
- Process credit notes in accordance with company policy.
- Identify and resolve potential problems efficiently.
- Seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, in addition to fluent English.
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or account support.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to collaborate across multiple internal departments.
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
