Join a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme within the UK public sector to play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Payroll solutions across a large-scale environment. As a trusted Subject Matter Expert, you will drive workshops, support testing activities, advise on integrations and data migration strategies, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations for UK public sector clients.
• Configure and support Payroll and Absence modules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, CRPs, playback sessions and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Support SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel Run/Reconciliation and Hypercare activities.
• Advise on integrations, reporting and data migration requirements.
• Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formula solutions.
• Utilise Oracle HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reporting and Payroll Batch Loader.
• Produce status reports, RAID logs, risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with technical, functional and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
