OT Integration Delivery Lead
Join a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, operating within both the chemical and biotechnology sectors. This 12-month contract role, based in Basel, Switzerland, offers the possibility of extension and focuses on delivering the OT integration and OT operational-application scope of Operations Data Hub Phase 1. The position covers the Portsmouth Midscale Lighthouse and the Cross-Platform Network Assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the detailed design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of OT integrations for ODH Phase 1.
- Deliver Lighthouse integrations with DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian, and plant-side components of LIMS connectivity.
- Implement OT operational applications and plant-side visualization capabilities within the approved ODH scope.
- Ensure all integration deliverables are completed within the established scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource framework.
- Coordinate site automation resources, external delivery partners, and system vendors throughout the execution phase.
OT Platform Configuration and Development
- Deliver OT-side configuration and development for Ignition, HiveMQ, connectors, gateways, and related integration services.
- Define and implement OT message structures, topic structures, UDT mappings, interfaces, and source-to-platform transformations.

- Collaborate with the Semantic Models Lead to ensure technical mappings preserve intended business meaning and semantic relationships.
- Work with the Source System Readiness & Remediation Lead to confirm source accuracy, information availability, and remediation dependencies.
- Define pragmatic integration-readiness criteria and identify material constraints, dependencies, and integration gaps.
- Contribute OT platform and integration components to the target blueprint, including reusable Ignition and HiveMQ patterns.
- Ensure OT integration code and configurations are version controlled, documented, and managed through appropriate change and release processes.
- Support the E2E C&Q/CSV Lead in qualification and validation activities.
- Provide transparent delivery reporting to the GE Delivery Lead regarding partner scope, engineering delivery, and commercial oversight.
