Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Detect early warning signals for potential escalations using predictive indicators.
• Coordinate expert swarms and orchestrate efforts to resolve issues proactively.
• Employ predictive analytics to identify risks impacting customers and execute silent fixes.
• Maintain system stability through preventive actions.
• Create and enhance AI tools that facilitate early detection and resolution of issues.

Essential Qualifications

• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in LangGraph and LangChain.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Model Integration.
• Experience with the SAP BTP platform, particularly in the integration suite and Automation Hub.

Work Arrangement
