QC Lead

Quality Control Leadership Role

Join a high-performing CMO where your quality expertise keeps site operations running with precision, efficiency, and flawless coordination. This position plays a key part in ensuring quality standards are met by authoring and reviewing quality-related records, facilitating collaboration between QA and QC teams, and driving process improvements. The role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical chemistry expertise and a solid understanding of GMP principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Author change requests, investigations, and deviations, including conducting root-cause analyses and defining CAPAs.
• Provide guidance and review quality-related records to ensure timely completion and adherence to internal standards.
• Act as a liaison between QA and QC teams to facilitate efficient workflows.
• Support additional quality-related tasks as needed.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Strong background in analytical chemistry and GMP topics, including OOX data integrity.
• Proven experience in authoring quality-relevant records such as deviations and change requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Business-fluent English; basic German skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated competencies in agility, business acumen, collaboration, customer focus, results orientation, and leadership.
• Right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
