Quality Control Leadership Role

This position plays a key part in ensuring quality standards are met by authoring and reviewing quality-related records, facilitating collaboration between QA and QC teams, and driving process improvements. The role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical chemistry expertise and a solid understanding of GMP principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Author change requests, investigations, and deviations, including conducting root-cause analyses and defining CAPAs.
- Provide guidance and review quality-related records to ensure timely completion and adherence to internal standards.
- Act as a liaison between QA and QC teams to facilitate efficient workflows.
- Support additional quality-related tasks as needed.
Essential Skills and Requirements
- Strong background in analytical chemistry and GMP topics, including OOX data integrity.
- Proven experience in authoring quality-relevant records such as deviations and change requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Business-fluent English; basic German skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated competencies in agility, business acumen, collaboration, customer focus, results orientation, and leadership.
