Your Mission

• Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine’s architecture, influence the development team, and prove that the solution will meet the requirements.
• Define the qualifications plan of the prototype, run the testing, and analyze the results.
• Present and commission the product at customers’ facilities.
• Participate in activities of products’ sustaining, including defining production tests and their acceptance criteria.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide follow-up and technical guidance to the development team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely achievement of the defined development objectives.

Your Profile

• Master degree in control or mechatronics engineering.
• Ideally 5 years in a similar position.
• Strong expertise with concrete achievements in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering.
• Strong understanding of physical phenomena, such as mechanical and electronics coupling, vibration dynamics, and thermo-mechanics.
• Strong understanding of dynamic systems control.
• Proficient with MATLAB/SIMULINK.
• Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages, including C and C++.
• Knowledge of metrology and optics is an asset.
• Rigorous, structured, and organized with strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous with strong teamwork ability.
• Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, with the ability to be exposed to worldwide customers.
