We are seeking a talented bilingual French / English Recruitment Adviser to support our client's prestigious offices across Europe and Asia. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in in-house recruitment and experience in data analysis and reporting within a recruitment setting. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work from the Paris, Brussels, or London office.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local hiring managers to attract and progress candidates for various positions.
• Establish strong working relationships with local offices, providing guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment filing systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Refine talent planning and recruitment forecasting models to align with business needs.
• Analyze headcount data to identify trends and determine hiring requirements.
• Support hiring plans alignment with forecasted demand across various functions.
• Extract and validate recruitment data to ensure consistency and integrity in reporting.
• Contribute to cyclical reporting efforts, ensuring precision and consistency.
• Draft and refine job descriptions to align with the firm's standards and positioning.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events for a streamlined process.
• Provide support across HR and Learning & Development teams, contributing to team initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruitment across multiple locations within a professional services environment.
• Proficient in headcount reporting, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics.
• Skilled in building reporting models and analyzing data trends.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience with AI tools and data analysis in Power BI and Excel is a plus.
