Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, governance, timelines, RAID management, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate global stakeholders across Corporate Communications, P&O, Technology, Architecture, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Procurement.
- Oversee discovery, requirements gathering, solution options, and roadmap development.
- Manage workshops, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate solution evaluation, vendor demonstrations, and RFP readiness.
- Drive risk and issue resolution and ensure effective project closure and handover.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of Project/Programme Management experience within complex global organizations.
- Strong experience leading enterprise technology discovery, planning, or solution-selection projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, governance, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience coordinating Business, Technology, Architecture, Security, Privacy, Procurement, and vendor workstreams.
- Experience supporting RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and business-case development.
Preferred Experience
- Background in digital workplace, employee experience, intranet, or internal communications transformation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, or similar platforms.
- Experience within pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
