Your Challenge:
- Project Leadership: Develop and implement migration plans, including establishing timelines, milestones, and business cases to facilitate end-of-life transitions and upselling initiatives.
- Analytical Expertise: Utilize customer data to derive actionable insights that support informed business decisions and enhance customer experiences.
- Coordination & Readiness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, and customer care, to ensure system, process, and resource preparedness for migrations.
- Customer Communication: Design and execute tailored communication strategies that ensure clarity and minimize disruption during migration processes.
- Team Enablement: Provide essential training and documentation to teams involved in migration activities, facilitating smooth execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within migration projects and proactively implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor migration progress, address any roadblocks, and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
- Post-Migration Evaluation: Conduct project outcome reviews, document lessons learned, and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Marketing, Customer Value Management, or Project Management, specifically in subscription-based industries.
- Expertise in overseeing large-scale, cross-functional projects with a strong emphasis on timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong understanding of customer needs and telecom B2C products and services.
- Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in French and/or Italian is advantageous.
