• Manage risk, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP workstreams
• Manage senior stakeholders

Required Experience and Skills

• 8+ years of SAP/ERP transformation or deployment experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployment and rollout
• Proficiency in SAP Activate and Fit-to-Template methodologies
• Expertise in deployment planning and readiness
• Coordination of testing and data migration
• Management of cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
• Experience in international transformation programmes
• Life sciences experience is beneficial
