Strategic Leadership and Ownership

Reporting to the Managing Director for Greece, Nordics & Central Europe, you will drive sales growth across the Netherlands, Central, and Eastern Europe. You will hold ownership of the commercial strategy, focusing on new business acquisition, account management, and distributor performance. A core part of this role involves building and managing key relationships with senior management and executives at luxury hotels, resorts, hotel groups, and hospitality operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Create and implement commercial strategy by owning the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation through negotiation to closing deals.
• Account Management and Distributor Performance: Maintain key relationships, drive cross-selling and up-selling to expand existing accounts, manage collaborations with distributors, and ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, finance/pricing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and provide necessary support to clients and distributors.

Experience and Key Qualities

• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Fluency in Italian or Dutch and English (C1 minimum).
• Excellent communication skills.
• An ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach.
• A willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.

Work Arrangement

Based in London, UK, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
