Key Responsibilities

• Grow market share across the West Coast
• Open new accounts in diagnostics and single cell research
• Build lasting relationships with labs, research institutions, and industry partners
• Deliver product presentations and maintain a sharp pipeline in the CRM
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biotech, Life Sciences, Business, or a similar field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or applications within biotech or diagnostics
• Solid grasp of diagnostic technologies and lab workflows
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Driving license and willingness to travel (up to 80%)

Compensation

$100,000 to $130,000 per annum
