Your Responsibilities

  • Support the international service center, facilitating oral and written communication in English and German, with additional language skills as a plus
  • Manage technical and commercial order processing using the IT processing system (SAP)
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Process e-business transactions, including purchase orders, order confirmations, and invoices
  • Organize and coordinate with logistics and the workshop for the timely completion of deliverables
  • Create export and transit documents in the electronic customs processing system (SAP GTS)
  • Provide shipping documents and assign transport orders to freight forwarders
  • Invoicing of shipments and creation of credit/debit notes
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assist accounting with dunning processes
  • Handle letters of credit in collaboration with the finance department
  • Process customer complaints, freight forwarder claims, and insurance cases concerning transport damage, loss of shipments, and delays
  • Organize and monitor return shipments
  • Conduct independent process controlling, including monitoring inventory levels, invoicing, and return processing times
  • Champion continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in on-call duty approximately six times per year, providing 24/7 availability during assigned weeks

Your Background

  • Commercial or technical apprenticeship with additional training in a commercial field
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Interest in technology, specifically turbochargers
  • Fluent in English, with German language skills preferred
  • Proficient in SAP (SD-Module) and MS-Office
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Excellent communication abilities and customer orientation
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to work on emergency service schedules
