SAP Claims Management (FS-CM) Consultant

Role Overview

Join a dedicated team to drive the success of SAP Claims Management solutions. This role offers a contract running until the end of the year, with potential extensions into 2027, and provides the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the EU. While English is the primary language of operation, proficiency in French or Dutch is considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business needs and translate them into functional configurations within SAP FS-CM, supporting the full claims management lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain custom ABAP/ABAP OO solutions, including enhancements through BAdIs and User Exits.
• Support and oversee integration scenarios between SAP FS-CM, FS-CD, FS-PM, and SAP FI/GL.
• Build and maintain external system connectivity through APIs and Web Services.
• Investigate technical issues, perform debugging, and implement system performance improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of practical experience delivering SAP FS-CM implementations and providing ongoing application support.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP FS-CM functionality and technical architecture, covering Claim Headers, Claim Items, Participants, and the Claim Handler's Desktop.
• Strong ABAP and ABAP OO programming capabilities, including complex development activities.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end insurance claims management processes across P&L, Non-Life, Health, or Motor Insurance.
• Proven experience working on integrations between SAP FS-CM and related modules, particularly FS-PM and FS-CD.
