SAP Data & Analytics Consultant

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development and implementation of a comprehensive data analytics and reporting solution utilizing advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements to enhance company-wide data analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Design and implement a compliant reporting solution using SAP DataSphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Establish and configure the reporting environment within SAP DataSphere.
• Drive the design of the business intelligence system landscape based on identified requirements.
• Design structured data flows and models to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Develop cost-efficient data models with effective DataSphere space concepts.
• Identify and assess relevant data sources in alignment with Product Information Management (PIM) and business capabilities.
• Coordinate implementation of reporting needs across various business and process areas.
• Oversee and validate the development of technical solutions.
• Ensure compatibility with central reporting and planning tools for efficient data transfer between systems.
• Create and maintain the Reporting Concept documentation.
• Prepare decision requests and assist stakeholders in making informed architecture and solution choices.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Significant experience as an SAP Data & Analytics Consultant or in a similar capacity.
• Hands-on experience with SAP DataSphere.
• Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experienced in designing data models, flows, and business intelligence/reporting architectures.
• Strong understanding of data integration and source system identification.
• Adept at gathering and translating business reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in coordinating technical implementations across multiple stakeholders and process areas.
• Understanding of reporting and planning landscapes, including integration between BI tools.
• Familiarity with SAP DataSphere spaces and efficient modelling practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Capable of producing clear technical and functional documentation as well as reporting concepts.
• Must be EU-based and available to start as soon as possible.
