Lead Integration Architect for Global HCM Transformation

Join a large-scale global Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme as an experienced SAP Lead Integration Architect. This role offers a primarily remote working environment with occasional travel to Walldorf, Germany, to support key milestones. The engagement is structured as a 3-6 month contract with a workload of 2-3 days per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of 2026, with a likely extension.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Demonstrate strong SAP SuccessFactors Integration experience
• Apply deep knowledge of SAP BTP & Integration Suite
• Design integration and middleware architecture
• Manage data architecture, master data & integration governance
• Lead integration strategy across complex global SAP programmes
• Utilize exposure to MDI, Data Lakes, Data Hub and/or SAP Joule
• Exercise strong stakeholder management and fluent English communication
