Join a Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Partner with a Global Key Partner to drive critical changes within a comprehensive SAP S/4HANA project. This full-time, remote opportunity based in LATAM offers a 12-month engagement with the potential for extension, requiring immediate availability and strong English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into end-to-end process flows, identifying cross-functional impacts and addressing process gaps.
• Lead design workshops, document requirements, manage open items, and align stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Promote SAP standard functionality, clean-core principles, and scalable global solutions to ensure long-term system health.
• Lead end-to-end testing across SAP modules, interfaces, connected systems, and legal entities.

Required Expertise

• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience across Intercompany, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P), logistics, inventory, and Finance.
• Deep understanding of Intercompany processes, including stock transfers, intercompany sales, drop shipments, returns, billing, and financial postings.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, event-driven processes, and error handling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
