Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation Opportunity

Join a major SAP transformation project within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on supporting a global SAP S/4HANA rollout, specifically targeting Equipment Master and Installed Base data. The position involves ensuring high-quality master data across the deployment while working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and data migration teams.

The engagement is a contract lasting six months or more, with potential for extension, starting in mid-November. The role is remote, with occasional travel within Europe for workshops and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP PM/EAM data migration activities, with a strong focus on Equipment Master and Installed Base.
• Manage and validate equipment-related master data throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Perform data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA global rollout and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Work with related SAP modules and business processes, including Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Production, and Quality Management.
• Support master data governance and SAP MDG-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP and Computer System Validation.
• Support SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), particularly the Focus Build Requirement to Deploy process.
• Contribute to data migration planning, execution, testing, and issue resolution.

Required Experience and Skills

• Good functional knowledge of SAP PM/EAM, particularly Equipment Master and Installed Base.
• Minimum five years of SAP experience.
• Experience in the Pharma or Healthcare sector.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts.
• Minimum three years of data migration experience or experience supporting full-cycle SAP global rollouts.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data objects and related business processes.
• Experience with SAP MDG and master data governance.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), preferably Focus Build Requirement to Deploy.
• Understanding of GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements.
• Experience with ETL tools, preferably SAP Data Services (SAP DS), is desirable.
