Senior SAP SD/LE AMS Consultant

Join an international Automotive client for a long-term, remote engagement. This role is designed for a hands-on consultant who possesses strong automotive logistics experience and thrives in a support-driven environment. The position requires a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, offering a flexible workload of 4-8 hours per day within the US time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve SAP SD/LE support tickets
• Troubleshoot shipping, logistics, EDI/IDoc, and pricing-related issues
• Support end-to-end processes from customer demand through shipping and invoicing
• Analyse and troubleshoot EDI/IDoc integration issues
• Collaborate directly with business users and EDI/B2B teams
• Support customer-specific requirements, such as labelling

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE)
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry
• AMS/support and ticket-handling experience
• Good understanding of EDI and IDoc processes
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, from customer demand through shipping and invoicing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
