Senior AI & Transformation Engineer

This high-impact role combines hands-on AI engineering with strategy, business transformation, and stakeholder leadership. You will identify where AI can create meaningful value, guide teams on the right solutions, and personally lead advanced AI initiatives from concept through production.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives across multiple business functions, from intake and scoping through implementation and adoption
• Design and deliver GenAI solutions including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, and multi-agent workflows
• Partner with business leaders, IT, and technical teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases
• Define technical architecture and guide solutions through to production
• Enable non-technical teams to effectively use conversational AI, custom assistants, and low/no-code AI tools
• Review AI solutions for quality, scalability, and production readiness
• Help drive broader AI adoption and transformation across the organization

Skills & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across software engineering, AI development, or technology consulting
• 3+ years building GenAI / LLM-based solutions
• Strong hands-on Python skills
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, agentic AI, and multi-agent systems
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
• Experience leading complex technical projects and working with senior business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, testing, and containerization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience within consulting, regulated industries, AI enablement/training, MLOps, or enterprise infrastructure would be advantageous
