Lead Facilities Operations Across a Complex Portfolio

Take the helm of facilities operations across a diverse range of operational sites. This hands-on role demands a leader who is ready to drive high standards of service delivery while ensuring every location remains safe, compliant, and efficient. You will work closely with operational stakeholders to oversee critical areas including maintenance, compliance, contractor management, health and safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain rigorous health and safety standards.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Support facilities and infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Manage budgets and control expenditure effectively.
• Lead and develop a small facilities team.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple locations.

• Proven facilities management experience within large, complex commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of facilities compliance and maintenance best practice.
• Experience managing contractors, projects, and budgets.
• Confident leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
