Senior Mulesoft Tech lead - 2+ months - Remote - Start Nov

Role Overview

Support an international client in ongoing Mulesoft projects by ensuring development aligns with established standards and requirements. Lead a team of approximately five Mulesoft Engineers while contributing to migration projects to a new Java stack and providing ongoing system support. This role requires candidates from nearshore regions capable of delivering services within the CET timezone.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Mulesoft Developer and Tech Lead, coordinating a team of Engineers
• Perform low-level design for Mulesoft development
• Define user stories and create custom libraries
• Write API coding and execute code reviews
• Dedicate approximately 50% of time to leading the team with technical responsibility
• Manage timelines and tasks
• Report status updates and handle escalation management

Required Qualifications

• Strong project experience in Mulesoft across the whole cloud hub
• Long-term project experience in Mulesoft API development
• Experience as a technical lead, team lead, coordinator, or manager of a Development/Engineering team
• Strong experience with status update reporting and escalation management
• Project experience with API coding
• Project experience with key integration patterns and tools such as event-based, messaging, ETL, ESB, and microservices-based integration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of security
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
