Senior Quantity Surveyor

Go beyond a singular project with a leading design-and-build contractor headquartered in Germany with their UK head office in Slough. This is an excellent, long-term opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in client QS and commercial management across procurement, construction, completion and close-out.

In this role, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from procurement through to completion and final account settlement, working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Lead subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations and contract administration
• Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Support project teams with commercial planning, reporting and risk management
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and subcontractors

Location and Schedule

Based in Slough, this position offers a hybrid working arrangement. You will work two days per week on-site in Slough, with travel to either Stansted or Bristol projects as required.

Compensation

The salary range for this permanent, full-time position is £50,000-75,000 per annum.
