We build turnkey power plants on green field sites using our own technology and independent resources for design, production, construction, commissioning, and service. Strengthen our team in Baden, Switzerland, with your expertise and experience.

Your Focus

Develop and support the selling of service contracts to existing and future gas turbine and combined cycle customers around the globe.

Your Tasks

• Lead tendering activities for competitive offers for Service Contracts of all types, including long-term maintenance agreements, frame agreements, and upgrades.
• Support the development and alignment of the offer strategy, addressing market and customer considerations, with other stakeholders such as new equipment business and partner units in the global network.
• Ensure that offers meet internal guidelines for such activities and co-lead the review process.
• Support the negotiation and closing of contracts with the customer.
• Support market and competitive intelligence know-how build-up in a structured and effective manner.
• Take an active part in improving and maintaining the process and tools landscape used in these activities.

Your Profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering and/or business studies with a good technical understanding.
• Experience from the industrial sector, preferably the power industry with a well-proven track record.
• Experience in international tendering or sales.
• Open-minded, willing to learn, and having endurance through the offer and sales cycle.
• Flexible and willing to travel globally, also on short notice (approx. 10% of the time).
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong commitment to delivery on time and on cost.
• Excellent command of English, German, and French; other languages are an advantage, and further knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
