About the Role

This position offers a unique chance for a skilled pharmacy technician with hands-on sterile compounding experience to thrive in a structured, quality-focused setting. We are seeking individuals with experience in hospital, infusion, oncology, 503A, or 503B compounding to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, weigh, mix, and compound sterile pharmaceutical products using approved procedures.
• Work within controlled cleanroom environments, including ISO 5 and ISO 7 areas.
• Employ aseptic technique in accordance with USP <797>, cGMP, FDA, and internal quality requirements.
• Operate and monitor compounding and filling equipment effectively.
• Complete batch records, manufacturing documentation, and inventory records accurately.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and finished preparations to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to established cleaning procedures.
• Manage product inventory, supplies, and materials efficiently.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements while meeting production timelines.

Skills and Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing.
• Hands-on sterile compounding experience.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom practices.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow intricate procedures.
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 503B sterile compounding.
• Background in hospital, oncology, infusion, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, cGMP, and FDA requirements.
• PTCB certification.

Compensation and Benefits
