Sonova is a global leader in innovative hearing care solutions, offering personal audio devices, wireless communication systems, audiological care services, hearing aids, and cochlear implants. Operating through four core businesses—Hearing Instruments, Audiological Care, Consumer Hearing, and Cochlear Implants—the Group serves a growing consumer base in more than 100 countries. By building a strong internal consulting and strategy capability, you will play a key role in identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring strategic ideas translate directly into action and impact across global businesses. This position offers clear opportunities for professional development and career progression, serving as a strong stepping stone toward future line management with exposure to senior leadership, global decision-making, and high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate strategies, strategic plans, and objectives for the organization in alignment with the Senior Leadership team.
  • Support the Senior Leadership team in making decisions that have a long-term impact on the company.
  • Drive strategy development at the Group level and participate in developing business field portfolios, including new business fields and the deal pipeline of potential M&A targets.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of strategies to meet long-term goals, including acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business alliances.
  • Drive new market initiatives and business opportunities in both new and existing markets.
  • Support leaders in defining and implementing a prioritized roadmap of capabilities, processes, and tools to achieve defined goals.
  • Analyze markets, conduct value chain and industry analysis to identify attractive spaces to enter and critical competitive advantages.
  • Contribute to the refinement of corporate templates for strategic analysis.
  • Assist in achieving Strategic Plan objectives and KPIs related to group priorities in collaboration with functional owners.
  • Proactively lead problem-solving processes to find root causes and countermeasures for driving growth plans and resolving transactional performance issues.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations and drive real impact across a global business.

  • 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, ideally from a top-tier firm or within a global organization.
  • Proven ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex data and business insights.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategic thinking with execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.

You are curious, self-aware, and driven to continuously learn and grow. You are comfortable challenging the status quo and navigating ambiguity, energized by change and motivated to shape the future of a global industry leader. As a natural team player, you build trust and bring people along on the journey.
