Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of key clinical centres and encourage the adoption of specialist therapies within the region.
• Deliver sales and market growth objectives through effective territory planning and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders, and hospital teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide solutions that support improved clinical and patient outcomes.
• Partner with clinical, technical, and cross-functional colleagues to deliver a high standard of customer support.
• Manage pricing activities, forecasting, reporting, and ongoing customer engagement with strong attention to detail and operational excellence.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience within the medical device sector, ideally in a clinically focused or acute-care environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical anatomy and hospital procedural workflows.
• Demonstrated success in a sales-focused role within a competitive healthcare market.
• Proven ability to establish long-term customer relationships and manage complex accounts.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish.
• Comfortable working within a matrix organisation and travelling frequently throughout the territory (up to 70%).
