Transform Patient Journeys and Strengthen Access to Life-Changing Therapies

Join a leading life sciences organization in a fully remote role based in Hamburg or Berlin. This position focuses on improving patient care within an assigned geographic territory by providing tailored information, education, and support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other stakeholders. You will act as the primary point of contact for selected HCPs, combining scientific engagement with non-promotional market access activities. This role requires a strong scientific background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across healthcare ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively support disease awareness, patient referral pathways, and transitions between paediatric and adult care with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, dietitians, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Provide reactive scientific education and exchange regarding approved and non-approved therapies, emerging evidence, and disease management topics.
  • Support discussions relating to diagnosis, treatment pathways, and current scientific developments within designated therapeutic areas.
  • Organise and deliver local educational meetings, scientific roundtables, and stakeholder events to facilitate compliant knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions among healthcare professionals to encourage evidence-based discussion and best-practice sharing.
  • Respond to enquiries related to therapies, disease awareness, market access, and supply considerations within approved and compliant parameters.
  • Evaluate healthcare institutions' capabilities to administer advanced therapies and meet relevant qualification criteria.
  • Support selected centres in accessing qualification and capability-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strategic account plans for key hospitals and centres of care.
  • Participate in cross-functional reviews and provide regular updates on account plans and stakeholder engagement activities.
