Drive Growth in Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging
Join a leading life sciences organization to expand the adoption of advanced imaging platforms across hospitals and clinical accounts. This permanent role focuses on building strategic relationships and delivering client-focused solutions in the cardiovascular imaging space, including Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT, Structural Heart, and Electrophysiology.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects within the cardiology and cardiovascular imaging community.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while coordinating with Clinical Application Specialists for technical demonstrations.
- Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations both online and on-site, covering core application functionalities.
- Navigate complex sales environments by engaging decision-makers, including end-users, clinical leaders, budget owners, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with the renewals team to drive upsell opportunities and increase account penetration.
- Optimize workflows and reimbursement strategies to improve operational efficiency and ROI.
- Align sales strategies with marketing initiatives to enhance market penetration.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, acting as a credible advisor on clinical and business value.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular forecasts and market feedback to the sales management team.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and technological advancements in cardiovascular imaging.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Engineering, Healthcare IT, or a related field; equivalent experience as a registered imaging technologist or clinical-vendor specialist in cardiovascular imaging will also be considered.
- Proven ability to drive results in a sales or customer-facing clinical-technical role.
- Background in cardiovascular imaging as a technologist, clinical applications specialist, or vendor representative preferred; experience in healthcare or medical software sales is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to creating win-win solutions.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research and content preparation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined with strong time management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Compensation
$110,000 to $120,000 per annum.
