Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry to manage customer accounts, ensure timely collections, and resolve billing inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up with relevant parties to resolve collection matters and billing disputes.
• Address and troubleshoot inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via shared financial operations mailboxes.
• Accurately apply and deposit checks and wire transfers to the appropriate receivable accounts.

Skills & Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

$33 to $38 per hour.
