• Jira & Confluence Support Engineer:
  • Atlassian Jira administration
  • Confluence administration and support
  • Workflow configuration
  • Access management
  • Plugin administration
  • User training and troubleshooting
• MATLAB Support Engineer:
  • MATLAB environment support
  • User issue resolution
  • License management
  • Tool installation and configuration
  • Support of engineering and simulation teams
• X-Ray & Artifactory Support Engineer:
  • X-Ray test management support
  • JFrog Artifactory administration
  • Repository management
  • CI/CD toolchain support

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Active SC or DV Clearance (existing clearance is strongly preferred)
• Experience as an Application Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Platform Support Engineer
• Proven background in supporting engineering or manufacturing software applications
• Familiarity with defence, aerospace, engineering, or other highly regulated industries
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite within secure environments
• Eligibility to work in the UK
