Business Analyst

Position Overview

Join a dynamic team and contribute to a large-scale business transformation programme by serving as a pivotal link among business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. This role requires translating business needs into effective functional solutions within a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex business processes into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop functional designs for interfaces, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Validate that proposed technical solutions meet the agreed business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Create process flows, BPMN diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Assist with data mapping, migration, and conversion activities alongside technical teams.
• Support implementation planning, cutover preparation, and go-live activities.
• Track project decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Information Analyst.
• Knowledge of SAP, preferably in modules QM and EAM.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong experience working across multiple systems, integrations, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and producing functional specifications.
• Experience in creating process models (BPMN), use cases, and functional documentation.

Work Environment

This contract role offers a hybrid work dynamic, requiring a minimum of three days onsite presence in Den Bosch, Netherlands, and presenting opportunities for contract extension beyond the initial period. Your expertise will be critical in navigating and enhancing our complex SAP ecosystem.
