Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365
Join a Global Key Partner team as a Business Analyst with a specific focus on the Customer Service module. This full-time, remote opportunity is based in LATAM and requires immediate availability. The engagement is structured for a six-month duration with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Bring at least three years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant.
- Demonstrate proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically within the Customer Service application; knowledge of Sales or ERP modules is considered a plus.
- Gain experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively interact with US and global clients.
